HAPPY ALL SAINT'S DAY

BLESSINGS BE
By Lyndy Ward

Light a candle & say a prayer,
The spirits are watching & they care,
Bless your departed loved ones each & every day,
AND you'll be blessed come what may...

*All Saint's Day, All Hallows, Hallowmas 'Hallows' meaning 'Saints' & 'Mas' meaning 'Mass', is a feast celebrated on November 1st or on the first Sunday after Pentecost in honor of all the Saints, known & unknown. Halloween is the day preceding it & is so named because it is 'The Eve of All Hallows'.

*All Saint's Day is also called All Soul's Day, a day to remember & offer prayers up on behalf of all of the faithful departed.

*And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, "Write, 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!'" "Yes," says the Spirit, "so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them."
Revelation 14:13

*Heavenly Blessings Be To All Our Dearly Departed Loved Ones*

Hi Becky, the high winds blew away the wildfire smoke & now we have our beautiful blue skies rippled with autumn clouds. Still need the rain to freshen the air & bring back the wildflowers & California Poppies.

Hi Lyndy!

It's gorgeous here in the Northern region as well.. though we began with pea soup fog this morning!

I haven't been on EHAG much lately, just working on Christmas for my show this Sat. I have a ton of Halloween that I need to list on Ebay, ughhhhh... where does the time go????

Enjoy your blue skies, what a blessed relief!

Okay, back to my Santa's and glitter! Have a wonderful day.

Hi Kitty, so glad you stopped by & thanks for the post. No matter what you still can't beat the California weather. Like you said gorgeous blue skies with beautiful sunsets. I love those mystical foggy mornings, mysterious Halloween type movie mornings. All my cats, especially my black cats seem to see things in the fog, Hmmmmmm maybe a witch or goblin left over from Halloween.

Speaking of Halloween, I do hope you'll still have time to create one of your beautiful black cat originals. Sounds like you're pretty busy with the seasonal changes. Good luck at the shows, have fun too. Love your PICs on your Blog.

Have a wonderful, whimsical week too, Lyndy

Hi Chris, thanks I tweaked my Moon Phaser to match my Blogspot. AND I would love to know if you created your beautiful DESIGNSBYCK banner? What program did you use? Your blogspot, website & me page are just fabulous daaauling!

Thanks SO much Lyndy for your email note and compliments here. I would have to give design credit for my banner logo to Lori Rudolph, she did do a beautiful job! Lori also did several starter auction templates for me, that I have since tweaked and added my own touches to. My AboutMe and website pages have evolved and were reprogrammed by me, BUT initially all started from Lori's templates. Lori is such a multfaceted artist, but then again you already know that!

Thanks always for your kind words, compliments, and encouragement which has meant the world to me.

Like Carolee, I am blessed and fortunate to count you as a new treasured friend!

PS: Know that our conversations stay between us.

BIG HUGS,
Me

Hi Lyndy,
I enjoyed your reflection on All Saint's Day, not many take the time to illuminate the spiritual nature of Halloween.

Hello lovely Lyndy!

Thank for dropping by my blog :). You know.. I do have some black cat pieces that did not sell at my show. I'll let you know when I list them, you can see if they are pieces that interest you. I borrowed a really nice cat mold from a fellow artist, I can't wait to use it, it's one I had not seen before.

I wish I'd taken a picture of our fog the the other morning. It really is mystical. It rolls through our yard and down our street, very cool.

Hollydaze was a lot of fun, I was sick the entire day but was still very glad that I went. There's nothing like being surrounded by all of that creative energy.

Have a great week!

Hi Chris, I really appreciate your comments & helpful hints. This is my first Blog & it's only two weeks old now. So I'm having fun, but a difficult time trying to find the proper HTML's etc... It's all GREEK to me. I'm still trying out different things for the BONES of my Blogspot. Than I can post new Blogs more often & finally add my art collections.

I too treasure our friendship & will be thinking about a photo I have that might be suitable for one of your 'Celeb Type Portraits' accept you would need to change my Tiger Girl costume into a Black Cat... It's mostly all there, we'll talk details privately in an email...

Hi Carolee, thanks for saying my poem & backyard mountain sunset photo are beautiful. I'm so use to giving super positive feedback & leaving super positive posts that it's incredibly wonderful to know someone likes my work too...

We're praying 24/7 for you & yours. I only know to well how quickly things can either turn for the worst or for the better. Be strong & keep that positive faith you hold in your heart!!!

Hi Pretty Kitty, oh I love that saying 'CREATIVE ENERGY'. Yes, one can surely feel energy from others with enthusiasm & good wishes for everyone. I'm sorry you were not feeling well at the Hollydaze Event. I hope you're feeling better now.

I love your 'Chocolate Mold' vintage artwork. Very Victorian, very sweet without the calories. Can't wait to see your auctions.

Please do take a photo of your fog & I'll try to take a photo of our fog too. But do you know what I photographed without knowing until I looked at consecutive sunset & wildfire photos??? Orbs!!! Balls of floating light... Very strange & fascinating...

Thanks for stopping by too, blogging is so much fun & it just feels like we are having a wonderful get together with real genuine enthusiasm for good wishes back to that 'CREATIVE ENERGY' flow!

Hi Chris, you're a *CHARMING FABULOUS ARTIST & TRUE FRIEND*!!! Thanks for your advise. I need to put some finishing touches on my art book's website for the web designers. AND as soon as I have more time I'll look through my PICs for that portrait painting similar to your Michael Jackson or Boy George portraits.
Hugs & Merry Blessings Be, Lyndy
