The back of the photo has the original RKO snipe which states ~ PILGRIM PATTERN - TRUE TO TRADITION LUCILLE BALL acts as hostess at a highly authentic Thanksgiving Festival held on location in New Mexico during the filming of her newest picture VALLEY OF THE SUN. Guests of Miss Ball, who is co-starred with James Craig in the RKO filmization of the Clarence Budington Kelland novel, are Eliseo Concha & Adam Trujillo, Taos Tribesmen who play important parts in the picture. They follow example set one-hundred & twenty years ago, when Governor Bradford of Massachusetts Colony invited friendly Indians to original Thanksgiving celebration in 1821.
